Moving menu points

• With the arrow you can move a menu item to the left
• With the  arrow you can move a menu item to the right
• With the  arrow you can move a menu item down the menu hierarchy
  
• With the  arrow you can move a menu item up the menu hierarchy

Depending on the position of the menu, some options will logically not be available and the relevant arrow will not appear.
For example, it would not be possible to move a menu item at the top level up any further,  in which case the arrow will
not appear.
